What should I bring?

An official photo ID and your ticket confirmation, Camera or a phone to take photos!

How Many Locations do you have?

We have 2 locations in Greensboro, NC at the moment. 

 

Do I have to get a ticket even if I am not taking photos?

Yes! Anyone who enters will have to purchase a ticket. Think of it as if you were going to theme park.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $30 per person unless there is a sale being promoted.

 

 

Do you have group rates or packages?

No, all tickets are purchased per person on our website.

 

 

Do you serve food and drinks?

No, we do not allow food and drinks inside the museum. We have a separate rental space that you can reserve if you would like to have food, drinks, cake, etc. please click on the Rental Space tab on our website for more information. 

 

Is the tour self-guided?

The Rich Girls Museum and Icy Rich Girls Museum are a self paced experience and a guided tour to help you keep up with your time.

What are our opening hours?

Monday though Wednesday Closed for Private events and 

Thursday through Saturday 12pm to 10pm and Sunday 2pm to 10pm  (Last reservation/tour is 9pm)

 

Is this an official museum?

Museums in our opinion celebrates creativity, passion and innovators. While we are neither a non-profit nor a typical museum, we were built upon the foundation of sharing and celebrating imagination, taking great photos and creating content.

 

Is the money real? Is it clean?

No! It’s not real We clean and replace it frequently and can not be used as real money or taken from our museums. 

 

When do I need to arrive?

Please arrive on time. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. Your time slot is valid for entry for the time slot you’ve chose. If you miss your time slot, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is very important to change your time if you feel like you are not going to make it in advance. You will not be able to change your reservation if your time has already started.

 

 

Do you accept cash?

Yes! We do and we accept Apple, Google and Samsung Pay in addition to credit and debit cards!

 

How long is the Rich Girls experience?

Rich Girls Museum & Icy Rich Girls Museum is a ticketed experience is designed to take up to an hour.

 

Are strollers allowed inside?

Yes! We allow strollers inside the museum.

 

 

Do you offer coat check?

No, unfortunately we do not have the extra space inside the museum.

 

 

What if I lose something?

Rich Girls Museum & Icy Rich Girls Museum is an interactive experience so please hold onto your belongings as we’re not responsible for any lost items.

 

Is there a minimum age for children to enter on their own?

There is an age minimum of 12 but Parents are encouraged to use their own discretion and understand that they are responsible for their own children whether accompanied or not.

 

Where do I get tickets?

Here, on our ticket site! Purchases are made by date and time slot.

 

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. You may also use our self-reschedule tool to exchange times by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

Are tickets transferable between guests?
Photo ID or your confirmation email must be shown for entry and must match the name that is written on the ticket. Note that groups must enter together.

 

If anyone in your group is unable to make it and you would like to transfer it to another guest, we will be happy to accommodate. Be sure to let our friendly guides know at the door.

 

 

Do I need a ticket for my child aged 3 and below?

Kids aged 3 and below do not need a ticket to enter our museum.

 

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! Tickets can be presented via your mobile device. You must present your ticket on your phone with a valid ID.

 

Are tickets available at the door?

Yes, depending on availability but you can reserve your tickets online via our website ahead of time because tickets may be sold at any moment!

 

Is museum of ice cream wheelchair accessible?

Yes! If any special accommodation is needed we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

 

Is there parking?

Yes! There are available parking lots that are located within the vicinity of the museum.

 

What if I’m late?
Please arrive on time. Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. Your reservation may be rescheduled at least 2 hours BEFORE you arrive but cannot be rescheduled after as we have a set capacity and if your spot goes unused, we are unable to refill a ticket.

You don’t get a refund for not showing up to a concert or sporting game!

Our mission is meant to ensure peace, love, selfies & safety! If you miss your time slot on that date, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

You can reschedule your ticket directly through your confirmation email, should you be interested.

 

Is photography allowed?

Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment. It’s $250 per hour. Contact 336-947-4244 for requests.

 

Are pets allowed in the museum?

Pets are not permitted at the Museums. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please be aware that you will be asked to provide documentation and you are prohibited from photographing your service companion. If you are seen breaking this rule, we will kindly ask you to exit without a refund.

 

What is your return policy for the Rich Girls Museum shop?

We accept returns or exchanges of any unused or defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges must have a proof of purchase. Products must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Masks and facial coverings?

Its up to your discretion if you would like to where a mask or facial coverings. We will continue to maintain distancing and cleanliness standards, and will be providing masks and sanitizer upon requests.
